Number two is a massive 15 minute musical collaboration with various images/themes that go with it.
And three is some a capella crazyness.
1.) Legend of Celestia - Title Theme!
2.) Dr. Dissonance x Vafrous Coyote - Sunset
3.) Vafrous Coyote befriends Eurobeat Brony - Giggle at the Ghostie

Second!
ReplyDeleteEverything is better in acapella~
ReplyDeleteACAPELLA!
ReplyDelete#3 brought a smile to my face
ReplyDeleteFir*gets shot*
ReplyDelete#1 ... All I heard was MLP's opening theme, and a few bars of NES Zelda opening theme. I feel ashamed to call myself a fan. Then again, it was 8-bit-ish, and I am pretty much tone-deaf in that area.
ReplyDeletefirst one sounds like it references FF more than zelda tbh...
ReplyDelete#3 was my fav
ReplyDeleteCool music,
ReplyDeleteAlso has anyone seen the word Pony and Ponies on The Colbert Reports word cloud on the last episode?
just love the sound of acapella, great job guys!
ReplyDelete@ElectricZoNe
ReplyDeleteAre you serious? whats the word cloud though? the storm of works in the colbert report opening? You should email sethisto with that info
1. delicious 8 bit
ReplyDelete2. pretty nice, got bored quickly though
3. props to all three you guys, especially the singer. one of the few brony singers that hasn't made my ears bleed
#1 it was ok, but its 8 bit so yeah.
ReplyDelete#2 is pretty good, considering its 15min. I tend to be a bit critical about orchestral stuff but overall good arrangement and transitions.
#3 Sounds good as well. And its certainly unique which makes it cool.
Play two and three together! O.O Freaky, no? :D
ReplyDeleteThe acapella was superb and made me smile :)

ReplyDeleteI saw nothing of the sort. pics or it didn't happen
The day is almost done, aaaaaaaaand...
ReplyDeleteWow...
Not a lot of stuff going on I see...
Do we need a Fallout Equestria update to get the writers going or something?
#3 was epic. Do every song please:)
ReplyDeleteHas number three really not been featured here yet? It is one of my favourite MLP fan song remixes yet. I love a Capella.
ReplyDelete#3 Starts off and I think okay this is pretty good."
ReplyDeleteBy the end I'm smiling like I saw a Rainboom.
I would like to hear more songs done this way.
Not a 8-bit fan, but that first one was nice.
ReplyDeleteWow, second is 13 minutes long. But I like it, very nice.
That A cappella piece is certainly interesting and new. Very cool.
Holy crap, I was pretty passive to #2 at first, then hit that 9:30-ish spot, and awesomeness set in. This was great.
ReplyDeleteAnother pony game and it's going to have loz style of play (if I haven't misunderstood something). I'll have to try it. .
ReplyDeleteThat third one reminded me of why I love acapella.
ReplyDelete#3's awesome.
ReplyDeleteAnd #1 technically isn't8-bit; it's got too many sound channels, and the quality is higher than 8-bit.
2 is just bloody amazing. This has just become my sleep tune for the night. It shall play while a slumber.
ReplyDeleteYay! I'm glad #3 got featured. It is, by far, my own vote for best track out of Remix War III. Even though the vocals aren't perfect, they're still pretty solid - certainly better than many 'professional' vocalists.
ReplyDeleteMore importantly, it's an *original sound* - as far as this fandom goes, at least. Don't get me wrong, I like the excellent orchestral pieces, 8-bit mixes, eurobeats, dubstep, rap and half a dozen other types of remix that I'm too tired to think of just now. However, when something this far outside the normal comes along, it's incredibly refreshing!
Anyway, I'm talking too much, so tl;dr: #3 GOOD!
IT'S FUCKING GHOSTLY YOU FUCKING MORON GET THAT THROUGH YOUR FATUOUS FAT HEAD
ReplyDeletealso you could work on your phrasing.
#3 = awesome.
ReplyDeleteWow, it's about TIME you got that a capella piece up here. It's amazing, one of the best FiM music-related things I've seen, and I hope they do more and get their own post or something.
ReplyDelete#1: Like it
ReplyDelete#2: Kind of slow, but pretty good
#3: *Snap* *Snap* *Snap* *Snap* *Snap* *Snap*
Legend of Celestia was alright, it has a nice sound to it, but it's also a tad slow, but that's just the style.
ReplyDeleteThe second piece... It's slow all around, but being a listener (and player) of classical pieces, I see where this is coming from. Well done, good sirs!
Number three is absolutely wonderful! The mane singer sounds a little off every now and then, and a tad forced, but he's a good fit for the most part. Well done!
