The expressions of the characters needs tweaking, as they seem rather vacant most of the time (mostly Applejack.) I liked it though, despite the lack of Gilda. XD
ReplyDeleteI couldn't listen to the audio for the same reasons Namefag Anon, it just felt too cliche and I couldn't understand any of it anyway.
ReplyDeleteIt's not terribly impressive though.
The animation is choppy, the pacing is a bit to be desired, and some of the anatomy with the characters is way off or just awkward to look at.
Good effort though.
Although, with crossovers, this is a just pushing it for me, which is perhaps another reason why I didn't particular like it.

ReplyDeleteYeah, just at this time we don't know how Discord looks like, so I just sticked with Celestia. That, and I had already animated Celestia's small tidbit when the announcement came, so I didn't feel like changing it.
Maybe if I do CS1/CS2 opening, I'll use Discord there!

This is cool enough that it makes me embarrassed to say that I still haven't bought BlazBlue yet. I can't find a copy of Continuum Shift that isn't over 40 euros. I hate being poor.

ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing, and I don't even LIKE Gilda in the regular pony series. She would be perfect for a fighting game, though.
I'm hoping this is something like the intro to the pony fighting game will turn out to be. That would be sweet!
