Alfa995 has created this diagram of different levels of bronydom.
I'm assuming most of you are in the are sitting a few tiers away from the middle, though I'm sure a few of you are stuck in the actual singularity with me! It sure is crazy this deep! Confound these overly addicting ponies...
Anyway this awesome flash diagram can be found here!

Not sure if I qualify for singularity status or not.
ReplyDeleteFlash!? I'm on an iPod! :(
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome. I don't think I'm quite at the center yet.
ReplyDeleteGoing by this metaphor the feedback would obliterate anything it hits and the comics would be made of X-rays. I'm thinking too much into this but then again I suppose that's the point.
ReplyDelete@Roboshi
ReplyDeleteWell if you follow that logic, it just means that nothing can touch the stuff this fandom puts out in terms of hating or trying to upstage it. If it tries, it will crash, burn, get obliterated, and eventually fall into the all-consuming entity that is Ponies.
That's pretty music.
ReplyDeleteSolidly: FANS/BRONIES
Was I the only one clicking around hoping to find an Easter Egg?
Seeing as I love space, im completely fine with being in the singularity itself.
ReplyDeleteIs it weird that I WANT to be in the center?
ReplyDeleteI'm solidly in the Fans/Bronies section. Definitely provide feedback and fan content too.
ReplyDeleteWill never cross into the center though. I have too much self-respect.
I'm almost in the singularity! Just a few more PMV's and I'm in!
ReplyDeleteThe thing's hollow...it goes on forever...and, oh my God...it's full of bronies.
ReplyDeleteThat part of the event horizon...
ReplyDeleteReally true nothing made up. Really im not being sarcastic. thats is an awesome flash you got there.
The center's the only place to be!
ReplyDeleteMust generate pony content for everypony to enjoy!!
(In the very middle of the black hole there's a worm hole that transports you straight to Equestria!)
Brony section fer me, with Feedback material.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I quite qualify for the singularity yet, but gosh darn it, I can try.
ReplyDeleteThat was beautiful @_@
ReplyDelete2nd anon I'm wit you
ReplyDeleteTroubling thought: As 'Fans/Bronies' are defined as being beyond the event horizon, would that not imply that ALL fans are inevitably dragged into the cesspool of clopfics, badly-drawn pornography and Cupcakes that is the singularity?
ReplyDeleteD'aw, it's music from Spore. Who would have thought we'd reach Brian Eno mixed with ponies this soon.
ReplyDelete"That's with you, Rainbow Alexsi Dash..."
ReplyDeleteFell out of my chair laughing.
@Radimir
ReplyDeleteHey, it's pretty easy to find well-drawn pornography if you know where to look.
...
I mean, huh, interesting point there.
Cool diagram, very Twilight. I'm still on the brony ring, but moderately close to singularity.
I guess this makes stephen hawking a brony
ReplyDeleteI think the haters should be closer to the singularity. The type of person who is so obsessed with MLP that he'll track down every single video or forum thread to post hate definitely does not belong on the outside ring.
ReplyDeleteWhy.. why is everything so dark?
ReplyDeleteTo create a fanfic from scratch, you must first invent the universe
ReplyDeleteFor those curious, the music is from SPORE.
ReplyDeleteIs it possible to be further than the center because I would be there.
ReplyDelete@rebound
ReplyDeleteI thought that sounded a bit familiar.
Anyway, this black hole is pretty to look at. :)
I'm a solid "Fan/Brony". I also try my best to provide feedback as well.
ReplyDelete@Anonymous
ReplyDelete>Is it possible to be further than the center because I would be there.
The only possibility of going further than the center would be to pass through some sort of portal into another dimension with a world inhabited by sentient, diminutive, multicolored equines possessing paranormal abilities.
I ask you, is that what you'd really want?
the only thing that could make this better is Morgan Freeman narrating it
ReplyDeleteWhat would happen if our black hole collided with another one? Say for random example Anonymous.
ReplyDelete@Vermillion Twilight It's what I want >.>
ReplyDelete@Vermillion Twilight
ReplyDeleteNow you're thinking with portals. And ponies. Pony portals. Or Portal ponies.
...I don't know, I'm sleepy.
@Pony Seagan
ReplyDeleteyou stole my line! >:/
That said, I love this flash. The music makes it perfect.
@Vermillion Twilight OF COURSE THATS WHAT I WANT!
ReplyDeleteDepends. What do you call "too far" ... Hey! Look at me, not all my MLP figures and pics. >:| lol Honestly though. I don't think I'm in the middle. But it depends what you call "too much for normal". Among Bronies I think I'm at about the usual level.
ReplyDeleteSo if you spew content into the internet you're in the black hole? Guess I'm with you Seth
ReplyDeleteWow, nicely drawn.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'm definitely approaching the singularity myself. Especially after a framed "READ" Twilight hanged in my room ^^
ReplyDeleteHahaha, this is awesome. I love it! I'd like to think I entered the singularity when I started making pony videos. :P
ReplyDeleteIs it normal that I wish I was in the middle?
ReplyDeleteI can go as far as to say I'm extremely obsessed, but I don't think I've ever gone too far with my obsession...
This is awesome, but I'm going to have to be nit picky about the science. The event horizon is the point at which the escape velocity becomes greater then the speed of light. This is the point at which it should become dark/black. Then again, you wouldn't be able to see the dark part anyway due to the accretion material falling in (And because "seeing it" implies light from it is reaching your eye which can't come from this place anyway). And from there, the singularity would be infinitely small inside the center (Sorta. It gets a lot more complicated when you go past the event horizon, but I'll leave it at that).
ReplyDeleteAnyway, it's still awesome besides that.
i propose we name the event horizon 'fluttershy'
ReplyDeleteim 50% sure that whoever watched the first episode first totally lost it when fluttershy came on
Short/long gamma ray burst
ReplyDeleteSo basically Lauren Faust took the franchise and compressed it to within its Schwarzschild radius?
ReplyDeleteWorks for me!
Knowing my physics, it bothers me that the black part is not the event horizon here, but the singularity itself, an object too small to see anyway.
ReplyDelete>very fancy though
>WIN for using Spore music
>ya know what? I think I'm gonna make the ponies into spore creatures now...
Yeah, yeah scientifically it's a bit dang silly and not really accurate at all, but it's still a pretty fun diagram, and Twilight Sparkle and the nights sky are just great together.
ReplyDeleteDefinately in the sigularity >_>
ReplyDeleteNow I wanna play Spore.
I probably am on the outer edges of the singularity, and approaching the center rapidly.
ReplyDeleteI'm right next to the singularity and I am loving it~
ReplyDeleteNeed more like this one.
ReplyDeleteI'm not really getting the 'feedback' thingie; then again; I know about as much about black holes as I can see of them, which is only a small portion of only the very edge.
ReplyDeleteBut when you hover over it, I keep thinking ORBITAL FRIENDSHIP CANON!
I would like to be in the singularity some day, but I don't think I have enough ideas to get in there. That said, I like my little spot in the Brony section. Its comfortable here. I'm in the right spot to watch all the action.
ReplyDeleteI'm on the brony section too. I have to develop myself to achieve my goal - to enter the center!
ReplyDeleteI'm in in the middle one by a technicality. I'm so proud!
ReplyDeletehmm
ReplyDeleteIt's daark in here
I don't know any words to describe how awesome this diagram is. Also I'm between black hole and the "Feedback"
ReplyDeleteBEYOND NORMAL...pretty much always kinda describes me. Now though, it matches me to a tee, in that it is talking about my love for ponies.
ReplyDeleteI think i'm in the middle since ponies never leave my mind and I hope to spend an eternity in Equestria when I die
ReplyDeleteI've been lingering in the Brony section with most of the other people here, but I think I'm beginning to get sucked inwards... I'm more active online now as eaglehooves than any of my non-pony usernames.

Awesome. Space ponies. Ponies in space. Love space. Love ponies. Love ponies in space. Black holes, ponies, space, pony horizon, can't escape ponies. Space. Ponies. Lots of space for ponies. Astronaut ponies, astropony, spacepony, cosmopony, ponies in space, space, pony, space. Hey, look where were going, you know where were going? Space. Equestria? we can go to Equestria too, want to know where it is? It's in space. With ponies. Ponies in space. Friendship? It's magic. In space. Space pony-magic. Infinite friendship space. Ponies. Space. Love ponies, love space. Room for all ponies in space. Join the herd in space. Can't escape ponies in space. Pony. Space.
ReplyDeleteSPAAAAAAAAACE!!!
PONIES IN SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE!!!
YEEEEEEEEE-HAAAAAAAAAAAW!!!
...
Ok, anypony else think the word 'space' sounds real funny now? Hehe. Anyhow, props on the animation, pretty general categories, but they're all true, I'm in there with the rest of the bronies/fans :)
Now all we need is to somehow defy the laws of the universe and artificially expand the event horizon until everyone is sucked in, I'll bet Pinkie Pie could do it.
I want to hug that Twilight. So much cute...
ReplyDeleteCool flash diagram. So according to this diagram, I entered Neutral and spiraled inward from constant contact into the pre-singularity region.
ReplyDelete*Astronomy Nerd Warning*: Note that this is a rotating black hole (known as Kerr black holes) which are theorized to possess ring-shaped singularities. The geometry of space-time around ring singularities can allow for wormholes or time travel. Fun fun fun!
