The first one will probably confuse the hell out of all of you at first, but it's actually really awesome once you realize what is actually going on. (Hint after all 3 PMV's after the break)
Pink is...way too fitting for dash
1.) A pondering and verbose tale of delightful equines
2.) Modern Major Rarity
3.) Rainbow Dash - So What
(Video one is a Ye Olde English remix of the mane theme)

First again.
ReplyDeleteThat pic makes me wish I lived in the UK... O_O

ReplyDeleteAnd I had literally just made a reference to pirates of penzance in the "Enough with the Theatrics!" post.
ReplyDeleteOh what do you know, the song I wrote's on Equestria Daily! Fun times. At least I found a better singer than last time.
ReplyDeleteSomeone has to say it...
ReplyDeleteThe flag's upside down.
Love the first 'song', though!
Ok, wow.
ReplyDeleteNumber 2 is amazing.
#2 - Reboot. That is all.
ReplyDeleteThe flag's not upside down. It's just wrong.
ReplyDeleteLove the second one.
On the first one, I figured it out in the first 40 seconds. Anyone else?
ReplyDeleteI'll be honest: I was very confused and disappointed when the last one wasn't a Ministry song. =P
ReplyDeleteFirst one was quite funny, second one could've had better audio but was a nice effort.
@Fall I see what you mean.
ReplyDeleteI've heard/seen modern major rarity for about the infiniteth time now, and its still hilarious. Whoever wrote that song is a genius!
ReplyDeleteThe first one i did not understand.
The original Rarity song on my channel has slightly better sound quality, ta muchly.

90 Degree rotation of said flag =/= 180 Degree rotation A.K.A. 'upside down'
ReplyDelete:P
Looks like we've found Rainbow's theme song.
ReplyDelete@Tiroth Same here.
ReplyDeleteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
ReplyDeleteGILBERT AND SULIVAN PONIES!
*ahem*
Please excuse me.
The first on had me DYING.
ReplyDeleteThe second had me a good "lol".
And it seems I'm not the only one who associates RD with P!nk.
Just not that song...
Hah, the first video is wonderful! I love the gag, but I'm especially impressed by the voice of the narrator. Who is that?
ReplyDelete@Tiroth
ReplyDeleteI guessed what it was going to be, from the title and Seth's blurb, before it started. :P
I though the RD one was going to be the Anti-Nowhere League/Metallica one.
ReplyDelete@Asgard You don;t want to. It's a shithole.
ReplyDeleteIn other news, Verbose ponies is rather superior to all things I have witnessed before hand that adhere to the approximate constraints of the visual and auditory presentation in question!
The first, oh Celestia I was laughing to tears.
ReplyDeleteThe second, sweet stuff! Definitely a great effort right there.
The third I liked. yeah Pink + RD kinda makes sense, I may have seen too many RD PMV to be objective, so whatevs :p
Second song is pure genius and wonder.
ReplyDeleteI would give you a standing ovation, if it wasn't because I know theres no way you could possibly hear me.
now of to hear the other 2 songs

@Anonymous Hooray, I'm a genius!
ReplyDeleteThe first one, I'd already seen its style before.
ReplyDeleteAn Encounter with the Entrepreneur of Sensory Shapeshifting with Purpose of Infiltrationary Actions, to be precise.
I liked the second one. Though it sounded kinda eh and off-key at spots, it also gave me a good chuckle and was elegant in it's own way. ;)
ReplyDeleteThe third was good too. Never thought of it before, but it kinda suits RD's attitude I suppose. RD certainly comes off as the rockstar type.
On #3 Did that just imply Rainbow Dash has/had a boyfriend? This needs to be fixed.
ReplyDelete2: Dear Sweet Celestia a pony cover of Gilbert and Sullivan! Pirates even! Haha! Whoever you are, I love you. I will marry you. I'm not even joking. We will grow old together playing with ponies and singing comic operas.
ReplyDelete3: This is fantastic. Dash fits the personality, but P!nk!e P!e would be a fabulous thing.
Pirates of the Penzance for the win!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm the one who originally created the super-duper sketchy "english muffin" derpy pic.
ReplyDeleteI'm so proud to see how far my little mini-meme has come...
@Beige Monkfish
ReplyDelete@Fall
@Dman
The flag is flipped because it's Ditsy!
I actually thought this was less "ye olde English" and more an exercise in thesaurosity -- trying to replace as many words in the intro as possible with a synonym or definition, and adding some additional interstitials for good measure. It does sound old-fashioned, of course, but as a consequence, not by design.
ReplyDeleteOr at least that's my interpretation.
1. lol I love these
ReplyDelete2. eh
3. better with a PMV to go along with ti
4. not my kind of music, but i like the character tribute PMV's
Oh man, I love number 2. I'd love an episode based on a Gilbert & Sullivan opera, or where they tried to stage one.
ReplyDelete@Dorian Creed: that's just like, your opinion, man...
lol I actually laughed out loud when I figured out what was happening in number 1
ReplyDelete1. Lol. Just lol.
ReplyDelete2. This song would become 20% cooler if Rarity's voice actress sang it.
3. Confound those ponies, they driven me to listen to music I would never otherwise listen to.
Dash you didn't lose your husband, i'm right over here. =(
ReplyDeleteNumber 2 has to be the best "bronyfied" song ever made!
ReplyDelete@PonyPonyPonyBrony It's a date! Well more of a romance.
ReplyDelete5 stars for the first one, and a big fat ZERO stars for the other lazy *****
ReplyDeleteThe first two were awesome, though I'm not a fan of the song in the third one. It was synced pretty well though.
ReplyDelete#3 is so Awesome /)^3^(\
