Disappointed, I expected NWA for the first one and Louis Armstrong for the second. I got neither. Good audio syncing, just needs better audio to sync to :(
I actually really like the 3rd one. Nice editing of the original vocals.
Also can't help but laugh thinking about how the VA's for Snips and Snails would react on seeing this vid. Pretty sure the creator of this vid spent more time with their vocals then they spent recording them at the studio.
we need more metal rarity... we have too much metal fluttershy, but that last one made me want to vomit, trixie is tolerable but snips and snails ruin everything
Seth, did you create the third one? I really can't decide if I liked it or not. Great editing skills and a really cool background, but it was a little too long.
I too was expecting Louis Armstrong. It’s a good cover, don’t misunderstand me, but nobody ever will equal the sheer passion and love vibrating in every note of Satchmo’s version!
I guess that i am one of the few who liked the first one lol... but ive never herd that band before, and i like their sound. the vid was funny to watch, with the tone and language of the song and all...
The second was good, the clips matched nicely and i liked the song.
The third was some good editing (the glitch effect, the trippy background, and how the clips a placed against the background), im not so sure i like the song though (not a trixie fan, if i do say so myself)
I appreciate what #2 was trying to do, but the fact that it's not the Louis Armstrong version of the song does hinder it for me. Sorry, but I really can't hear anyone else sing that song but him. Still a nicely put together video though.
Number 1, really not my style, really don't like it. Even in pony form. Number 2, Great, synced well, plus a good song alone. Number 3, Gimme a minute, I'm laughing too hard.
The first one was okay, not really my style though either.
Second was alright.
Third was okay too. I believe I know who made that from the effects that were used. I am a Trixie fan myself and a fan of that particular song, so yeah. lol
Creator of the third PMV here. I am surprised that people are so uninterested in real music videos and prefer clip shows and slide shows of the show. I watched this so called awesome 2nd PMV and it bored me. Thanks to everypony who knows a real music video when they see one.
The music on the first video drove me to the original as fast as you can say sonic rainboom to cleanse my brain of the musical fail. The visuals and concept rocked, though.
Second one's made of win. Concept, song, visuals all were great. I LOVE Ramone's version of that song.
The third's music reminded me too much of cut-rate video game songs. Visually, it was pretty cool, though.

ReplyDeleteI expected the original song from the first vid. I was disappointed.
ReplyDeleteSecond was kind of meh.
Third had Trixie. And sounded cool. And looked awesome. It saved the entire post!
You're not supposed to be making your own ones, Seth.
ReplyDeleteBonus points for Rarity, though.
I couldn't get into the 1st one, i thought the second one was really cool, 3 was trippy, im not sure if i like it yet....
ReplyDeleteNo Great and powerful Trixie label?
ReplyDelete#2 Is a great example of what PMV's are supposed to look like.
ReplyDeletepretty awesome videos, the second one worked very nicely.

Ramones + Ponies = a life that's 40% cooler.
ReplyDeletevery meh videos. I could do better!
ReplyDeleteNot much opinions on the third I see. I wonder if anyone watched past the Snips and Sails part. Its actually a pretty good video.

ReplyDeleteAn I the only one crying, sine Wall-E was a beautiful movie?
ReplyDeleteI went into the second one expecting Louis Armstrong. Instead, I got something....completely different.
ReplyDeleteThese are all horrible. Honestly, who likes this shit?
ReplyDeleteOk, the first vid: Great (lmao at the end)
ReplyDeleteSecond vid: Perfect..the song synced perfectly with the vid...
The third: as soon as I heard Trixie I had to stop the vidieo...
Over all the first two were great! I couldn't get passed the third...
1. Awesome.
ReplyDelete2. Y U NO USE LOUIS ARMSTRONG??? Still, looked good and stuff.
3. LOLWUT? no.
curse you, lack of an edit button!
ReplyDeleteanyways, i want to see some Cee Lo Green/ Lonely Island PMV's
The second was well done and a great song choice. The third one gave me tunnel vision. :P
ReplyDelete@Unknown
ReplyDeleteThen why don't you? I expect a high quality PMV in 24 hours that blows all three of these away.

ReplyDeleteIgnoring the fact none of these have anything to do with Wall-E, I liked them all.
ReplyDeleteMan, number two was really, really well made. They must have spent a large amount of time on it.
ReplyDeleteYes the Joey Ramone version of what a wonderful world XD
ReplyDelete1. Good PMV, great music.
ReplyDelete2. Ahh, the Toy Story version is better. Nice PMV though.
3. Trippy.
Rarity Edsel Dope, I almost die laughing, that is the most awesome thing I've seen in a while.
ReplyDeleteThe second vid was amazing, the third one had really interesting effects and sounded nice but had a little too much Snips and Snails for me.
YEEES Best Trixie PMV ever!
ReplyDelete2 was great, and 3 was fantastic in a very trippy way.
ReplyDelete#2 is great!
ReplyDeleteNumber 1, really not my style, really don't like it. Even in pony form.
ReplyDeleteNumber 2, Great, synced well, plus a good song alone.
Number 3, Gimme a minute, I'm laughing too hard.
1). Not my thing
ReplyDelete2). Awesome!
3). Lolwut? There was some much needed snips and snails screentime. Those two are the best colts.
The first one was okay, not really my style though either.
ReplyDeleteSecond was alright.
Third was okay too. I believe I know who made that from the effects that were used. I am a Trixie fan myself and a fan of that particular song, so yeah. lol
Really enjoyed the second one :)

ReplyDeleteMan, I went into #1 expecting NWA. And I got...uh, whatever that was. Booooo.
ReplyDelete#2: ...is okay.
#3: Is TRIPPIN BALLS. But didn't catch my interest, sadly.
I always liked Positive Qualities...
ReplyDeletePMV for it is icing on the cake for me.
Number 2 is instantly best video.
