I would be able to go to the one in nj, but I don't really know what we would be doing. I wouldn't know anyone from that area, and we would probably just be talking. I don't know much about the fair though, maybe there will be entertaining things to do as a group.

I definitely had that confused myself. I always thought bronies were bro-ponies as in dudes and I guess girls would just be regular ponies? idk that's how my friends and I handled it. we call the boys bronys and the girls ponys.
I've heard or read I should say a few ladies calling themselves broniettes. but to me that kind of sounds like..brunette as in hair color. Regardless I knew what they meant.

If any other bronies want to meet up, I will be by the Loscon fan table, wearing an MLPFiM t-shirt. at various times on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

I also don't know if I'd need too much eye bleach at a furry convention, you should really post it on the site, I'm sure there are some french/german bronies you haven't seen yet who would join it.

ReplyDeleteEh, in terms of eye bleach requirements, I found EF pretty similar to the pony world as a whole, actually: you know there's stuff somewhere out there, but it will generally stay out of your face if you don't go look for it. :)
There was already a pony thread on the EF forums, apparently a few people at least are in, although I suspect things will stay informal. Things will likely end up happening on their own around a pint of beer, as usual.
In the meanwhile, mebbe somepony will step up and get a meet started somewhere central (France being what it is, it'll probably be Paris). One can hope. :) I see you joined the Burgundy Brony group on that map; that's a bit far for me unfortunately.
