Video 1... ...We need to start injecting enough drugs into the worlds water supplies for the real world to seem like that. I don't care that the world will collapse, WE WILL GO DOWN WITH ONE HELL OF A PARTY!
I just got goosebumps and my eyes got a bit teary when I read your comment while listening to the third one. I had never thought about that day before...
SAY IT'S NOT TRUE! SAY THAT DAY WILL NEVER COME!!!
Is it just me, or does that last song make anyone else think of Kkat's "Fallout: Equestria" story? Sounds like something we'd hear from an old record, or perhaps redone by Velvet Remedy, while crashing about the wasteland....
Ow, I was expecting Johnny Cash singing, that´s my favorite version of this song. Anyway, that is my favorite departure song, I wish I could sing it to my family everytime I leave my home for a long time, but there is no version in spanish :(
Creator of PMV #2 here, thanks for the positive feedback everypony! In the words of Julian Smith himself, "I made this for YOU!", so I'm glad you liked it. :D
@Polecat Because of Fallout, I can't listen to any song from the 40's or 50's without thinking of it. So yeah, you're not the only one to make that connection, though strangely "We'll meet again" has never appeared in a Fallout game despite how popular and fitting to the series it is.

High pinkie pie is best pinkie pie.
ReplyDeleteVid 1 is seizure-rific! :P
ReplyDeleteAnd vid 2 made me smile. X3
Vid 3 was pretty good too.
I didn't think I was very susceptible to seizures, but whoa. I couldn't watch the whole thing in widescreen 2 feet away from a 27" monitor.
ReplyDeleteOh, cool, I love this song! Pinkie Pie getting high, that's kinda funny. Hey, where did all the color go? AHHH, MY EYES, THERE'S TOO MANY COLORS!
ReplyDeleteThe third one made me cry inside.
ReplyDeleteow my eyes @_______@
ReplyDeleteI've been watching that first one practically nonstop since I first saw it yesterday. So much flashy happy. So much.
ReplyDeleteDear lord.
ReplyDeleteI've never laughed so hard at a PMV before.
"I'M READING A BOOK."
Also, I never realized how much Twilight reads throughout the series. There are at least 20 different scenes in that video.
they autotuned a translated version of numa numa?
ReplyDeletefuck
That image!! HNGGGG
ReplyDeleteOh God...that first video reminds me way too much of the way Pinkie Pie is characterized in Fallout: Equestria...
ReplyDelete:'(
silly ponies, song in vid 3 only works with nuclear explosions
ReplyDeleteOMG
ReplyDeletePonies + Julian Smith
*Fangasm*
I've always loved both versions of Numa Numa, and they just made it 20% cooler by putting it with ponies.
ReplyDeleteEven though "Some Sunny Day" is kinda depressing, it still fits with ponies because its also happy :D
Man I love Vera Lynn. No one sings We'll Meet Again like she does.
ReplyDeleteMY EYES!!!! MY EYES!!!! ITS LIKE HAVING RAINBOWDASH INJECTED INTO MY RETINA!!!
ReplyDeleteCrank up the happy! Not enough Seizure!
ReplyDeleteyes! Julian Smith + Ponies = pure awesomeness!
ReplyDeleteThe last one will be hard to watch after the final episode of mlp.
ReplyDeleteI could just watch the transition from Pinkamina-Diane-Pie to Pinkie-Pie over and over again.
ReplyDeleteFirst two videos made me happy, but the third was instant sad, because of Fry's dog.
ReplyDeleteOh my god, that first video is like rainbows on crack fusing with Pinkie Pie

ReplyDeleteWith number three, you have managed to associate/overwrite a large WWII section of my brain that even Godwin's Law couldn't manage.

ReplyDeleteVera Lynn is always appropriate.

ReplyDeleteThat second one made me want to listen to Scotland the Brave. (I like bagpipes. I think there must be something in Scotch/Irish genetics.)
ReplyDeleteAnd the last one makes me want to go read Fallout: Equestria!
ReplyDeleteCreator of PMV #3 here. Thanks for the positive comments :)

Someone made a PMV of "We'll Meet Again" and DID NOT include a reference to Doctor Strangelove?
ReplyDeleteWhere was the Equestria-destroying Sonic Rainboom? I was expecting an Equestria-destroying Sonic Rainboom...
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, my second PMV has Sonic Rainbooms in it
Pinkie pie forgot to take her meds... Or she took them with crack.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe I didn't discover Double Rainbow Syndrome until today. WOW. Just, WOW. BRAIN FUCK
