The lyrics for the first one are good, but the delivery could be better. Mic quality is really important when you're rapping something, and there's a few things audio effects you can use on the vocals to make it sound like its part of the beat a little more (NOT autotune, but something like reverb).
Here's a good example of what I'm talking about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fzuWb6Qi6k (I highly suggest getting the song from the website in the description, since the youtube version has much quieter vocals so it's harder to hear what I'm talking about). One thing I noticed that helped me improve vocals back when I did this kinda thing was to not just rap INTO the mic, but more like rapping past it, as if there's someone on the far side of the room that you're trying to talk to. It's something that isn't easy to explain but I hope you'll get what I mean.
Like the others said, the first one was really good, just needed a more efficient mic. Quality was too low. And the second one fit pretty well. Overall is was pretty good, nothing substantial but still nice.
The annotations on the first one seemed a tad insulting, so I skipped it. The second meshes together really well in some parts, and then kinda breaks in some certain parts. But the parts where it does mesh up well? It sounds REALLY good.

This is going into the movie with "Equestria (FRIENDSHIP!)".
And the second song will be the end credits.
