A new Pony band is trying to get started up, so here I am linking them! This is their first music video, with more planned on the way, complete with all sorts of autotunyness. If anything, the lyrics are entertaining.

Pretty good. Not too big a fan of the autotune, but hey, bronies unite. Rock rock on.
ReplyDeleteSong of my life, and I was even in a similar situation.
ReplyDeleteOh dear, so much autotune!
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid I have to say that I do not like this.
Meh, it's an okay song, but the autotune was a little extreme. Can't say I really enjoyed it :/
ReplyDeleteI'd have preferred a bad voice to autotune.
ReplyDeleteAutotune ruins any song for me...
I have to say, I loved the concept of the video (the end made me smile). :3
ReplyDeleteThe fact that the maker admitted to it being totally autotuned makes it much more enjoyable. At least it's not like Ke$ha (or however you spell her name). Still, I loved it :)
ReplyDeleteHe eats Pinkie flavored Pie?
ReplyDeleteWhat in the...
It's an okay song, but the fact that it's a song about us bronies made me feel good. (I feel even more rejected from my sis saying I should not get "overboard" w/ it. :S)
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, I just can't listen to it, nerd rock is like christian rock, it's just trying too hard...
ReplyDeleteI am not a fan of auto tune, but I get that they where going for a certain feel. Love it!!!
ReplyDeleteOK I'm just jealous they have those figures...
ReplyDeleteSo much hate for autotune? :/ why? it sounds good
ReplyDeleteAs for the clip, it's alright :)
@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteReally? Some Christian rock is great and hardly even makes references to God.
Applejack is a drink,not a food,you know that right?
ReplyDeleteAtuotuneless version plz.
ReplyDelete@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteApple Jacks are also a cereal made by Kellogg's.
Though now I'm wondering what Apple Jacks in applejack would taste like. Probably not apples, at least.
Must... not... make... mean comment... URGH.
ReplyDeleteWow that was...sad. Not in a good way.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand all the negativity.
ReplyDeleteI loved it :D
w00t ROCK ON BRONIES!!
ReplyDeleteLoved the ending. ^.^
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteCan you please re make it without autotune?
ReplyDeleteI just want to see how better can be, you know as a suggestion.
I wanted to like this, but I positively HATE the over-use of Autotune, and as such couldn't even watch the first minute of the video.
ReplyDeleteThis is hi-larious. I especially liked the running and hiding behind trees part and the sitting contemplatively singing seriously about bronyness.
ReplyDeleteThe lyrics are pretty epic and I find the video entertaining.
ReplyDelete>autotune
>why
Dig the song. Don't dig the autotune, even if it is a joke.
ReplyDeleteThe auto-tune usage was:
ReplyDelete"This song is auto tuned for the purpose of being retro rock so don't be turned off by it."
End quote. Giving that the lyrics is written by someone way above kindergarten level, plus decent music, balanced out the song. It's not like this would be my favourite song of all time, but it wasn't bad.
Also: Portal, Jonathan Coulton, Ellen McLain as GLaDOS, Still Alive... 'nuff said really.

I liked the lyrics, but again, the Auto-Tune, and some of the actual video bits just weren't as good. It was alright.
ReplyDeleteSigh, Maybe I'm just used to Autotune. Or maybe the commenters today are just extra pessimistic. I really liked this song though! You know you like a song when you suddenly realize you're singing it in the shower. The lyrics are relatable. The beat is strong. The tune is catchy. And the idea of a Broniband out there is just so awesome!
ReplyDeleteI hope that that Edge of Everfree will continue to ROCK ON!!!
Oh dear, lose the autotune darlings and it would be truly smashing! Here's hoping we hear more from them...with less autotune.
ReplyDeleteThis song made me smile, Autotune or not! *giggles*
ReplyDeleteya
ReplyDelete...
i feel aquerd whatcing the show
so ya exactly
I'm sorry, but this does nothing for me. Now don't take that in a bad way, gotta do what you like, but for me, it was just... not very good at all.
ReplyDeleteon second thought
ReplyDeletewhy would you do this in public
no one in my life knows i whatch the show
