@Anonymous If it's what I think it is, it was a fic written for Valentine's Day, where Twilight and Spike went to Canterlot for dinner with Celestia as a family. Twilight left the room to get the carrage ready, and that's when the shipping started, though it was very clean, only being quick kissing and implying history. I have no clue what it's called at this time, though.

VastaKustutaFlutter/Dash is surprisingly popular. I can't tell how popular exactly, because at least one of the lines is at an odd angle and crosses over several others. But I think it's at least nine, which puts it unexpectedly close to Apple/Dash and Dashie/Pie.
VastaKustutaDashie definitely takes the lead as Ponyville's prime playa, but Twilight and Fluttershy are really fighting over second place according to this.
Why no Apple/Pie? The pun alone from that should make that obvious, but there's no Pinkie/Mac either, so maybe she's just too random for the Apple family. And how are there FOUR Pinkie/Shy fics? I need to find those now(I'm only aware of one that was recently updated). Somehow I thought there might be at least one Derpy/Pie, but apparently it's yet to be written.
There's also the ommision of Twilight/Spike here, I know that's happened at least once(IIRC, it was one of the early fics, the one with Pinkie getting Dash pregnant. Again).

VastaKustutaRarity is so interested in Canterlot & the royal family, and fanon Luna could benefit from some attention from somepony detail-oriented with a lot of empathy. I don't know if I could see Luna enjoying being the center of a makeover plot, but Rarity… would enjoy the opportunity.
