Did they actually produce alternate endings for the episode, or are they just kinda counting on the canon ending winning? Now where the hay did that come from? I'm a Canadian, and while I don't love America, I like it about as much as any other country in the world. Any Canadian that really hates America has their head up their ass, IMO.
If I were Canadian and under the age of 13, I would so go for it. I only have the gift set, which is sadly lacking in Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Rarity. I'm a student so I don't got much money to blow on Poni at the moment... D:

ReplyDeleteThe rule has nothing to do with the people running the contest, Quebec has restrictions on both advertising to children and lotteries that render contests like this illegal.

Now I understand that participants in Quebec must be over 13 years and that this province is not banned from the contest, I think I'd better translate what I see, although I have no doubt . ReplyDeleteFinally, we get some sort of revenge for being more than five episodes behind the US. Also, it says they're giving out ten of these things. I hope I get a decent shot at it.
I know a 9-year-old girl, she's never even heard of the show and she watches that channel all the time. So, that's my excuse. One eligible person who doesn't care, one person who shouldn't be eligible but completely cares. Decent tradeoff.

ReplyDeleteTo the people who are bitter that the contest is only for people in Canada...keep in mind there's always way more contests in the US that Canadians are not eligible to enter. We don't even get Hulu and our Netflix selection is so damn limited....it's the stupid old way the world works, not the global open-ness of the 'net.
