VastaKustutaSomething cute?
[dalek voice]DALEKS DO NOT FEEL LONELINESS DALEKS FEEL NO EMOTIONS[/dalek voice]
VastaKustutaApart from that good story, also another flaw being that when a dalek is outside of his armor (all tentacly and that) they tend to be a lot less shouty, their voice becomes quieter but still just as menacing.
@Anonymous
VastaKustutaTo be fair this Dalek was prolly insane after two hundred years.
Also I've always theorized that there was some sort friendship dust in the air of Equestria...
You made Daleks cute... Well done!
VastaKustuta@Pacce
VastaKustutaK, but daleks don't really tend to go insane either. They're already at the peak of insanity for the most part (being complete emotionless psychopaths with an intense racial purity complex). I mean the only dalek that ever went insane (that I can think of) was Dalek Khan, and even then that was because he broke through a time lock. I guess you could say that Fluttershy touching him caused him to assimilate to her personality, but that would only work if she had absorbed background radiation from time-travelling. In short: Crossovers make my head hurt, because it's hard to abide by both universes' rules.

VastaKustutaIt's true, I did cheat with the Dalek's personality and I apologize if that comes as an offense to other Doctor Who fans.
However, this is not in any way shape or form supposed to be a serious representation of what would happen if even a single proper Dalek showed up in Equestria (since that would either end in Celestia annihilating them or everyone being killed by Daleks, both of which are boring).
In the end, this whole story is a joke with the punchline being already written for me and displayed at the top of the screen in that picture.
I intend to write a story where Derpy and the Doctor encounter proper Daleks on their turf and while I refuse to kill ponies in any of more stories, it will not be fun for them because Daleks are single minded killers and no amount of cuteness or silly song would ever dissuade them from killing.
In my heart of hearts, Daleks scare me and this was my way of getting "revenge" on something that scares me. Yes, my vengeance is making them have tea with Fluttershy.
Truly a fitting revenge.
VastaKustutawhen i first read the title i thought it was a crossover with the cthulhu mythos.
VastaKustutaDALEKS DO NOT WORK THIS WAY, EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!
VastaKustutaThe Doctor could learn a thing or two from Fluttershy!

VastaKustutaDon't forget that one Dalek that Rose befriended. Pretty much the same thing happened to it as to the one in this story. So it's not at all unfeasible.
@Anonymous
VastaKustutaThat's true, but remember what happened with that Dalek? It did not live. IT demanded it's own death, waiting for Rose to give it the go ahead to initiate Self-Destruct.
Anywho, I loved the story, even if you fucked up the Dalek personality. Still, I'll chalk it up to a mutation caused by weird Friendship Radiation that permeates Equestria like Sugar in Pinkie's bloodstream.
EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!
Honestly, if anyone could make a Dalek polite, it would be Fluttershy.
VastaKustuta@Sound Mind Who is to say that this Dalek didn't demand its own death? The story is rather brief. Anyway, it would have self-destructed if the system had been working.
