Why the hell would somepony not vote for Sweetie Belle. I don't understand the logic behind Sweetie Belle not being one's favorite Cutie Mark Crusader.
Wait a minute... A Pony RPG is in development? Are you serious?! Or are you just saying that as a hypothetical situation?
If you aren't pulling my leg, then I hope to God that the option to overthrow Celestia is present. I WANNA RULE EQUESTRIA!!! I'd also like a combat system.
Sorry if this seems stupid to say, and all. It's just that I've been wanting an RPG for the series for a while, and whether this current poll is a statement or proposition, it's good to see that SOMEONE has a similar mindset to me.
@Anonymous I just got notified from waiting for part 2 of the new ep on pensivepony channel. Do you think it's a warning for other channel uploading Pony vids?
Surprised by the low Sweetie Belle turnout as well.
On the subject of polls, has there been a "If Derpy Hooves is confirmed to be named Ditzy Doo in the show would you be Happy, Mad, Sad, OK with it, I like Ditzy Doo better anyway, She'll always be Derpy Hooves to me, Other" type poll yet?
Fools! It's clear ATLUS is the superior choice in terms of RPG. The "Megami Tensei"/"Shin Megami Tensei" series have 27 games and they did not mess up a single one of them.
Bioware messed Dragon Age II and Blizzard is decent with WoW and all, but until Diablo 3 comes out I am not sure they can handle this.
Bethesda...well, they would be okay. But I still prefer ATLUS since we would get 60+ hours of pony epicness just playing the main quest.
Second, indeed, Shin Megami Tensei Imagine sucked, and I am sorry I forgot about it, but it wans't made by Atlus, it was made by Aeria Games, and they obtained the rights through Cave Co., so they didn't even negotiate directly with Atlus, so please, check your facts before you post them.
Third, apparently, I like Atlus, therefore I must be a weeaboo. Do you even know what a weeaboo is? Let's check Urban Dictionary:
"Someone who is obsessed with Japan/Japanese Culture/Anime, etc. and attempts to act as if they were Japanese, even though they're far from it. "
Do I look like I am obsessed with Japan? Apparently, if someone in Japan makes something good, I cannot enjoy it more than something made in the west because that would clearly make me a weeaboo.
P.S.: I would have totally voted for Bioware if they didn't screwed up DA2. And I said Bethesda is fine, because they also never screwed up. At least I never saw them screwing up.
P.S.S.: The first time I comment on this blog and I already got into a fight. I love the internet.
Scoot is a mini Dash. Thus, she's my least favorite of the trio. Sweetie Belle has a good sense fun costumes, though she'll need a lot of guidance to really polish up her creative skills. She's adorable, would be fun to hug, can has used her tail as a duster before, which is awesome. And I like her singing style for Hush Now, Quiet Now. But I live with people who tend to just start singing out of nowhere ALL THE TIME so I already know that would get on my nerves over time, until I eventually accept it and get used to it. As far as my most favorite CMC character to watch, Sweetie's got it goin' on.
Apple Bloom. Sheeee WOULD be my favorite of the CMC considering the clips of her trying to hide in balloons and all, and she's just generally adorable as well. Her Kung-Fu/martial-arts silliness is AWESOME, her sneaking around reminds me of METAL GEAR, her talent seems to very likely be creating stuff and designing things, which is AWESOME, and she wears a big bow. It's adorable! And I bet she'd be great to hug. But Call of the Cutie is still a painful episode to watch for me, and her spunk in that episode caused a lot of ruckus for people. I just really don't like that episode, and she's essentially the FACE for it.
So, right. I voted Apple Bloom because Sweetie Belle was winning already, and I had an extremely difficult time picking between them in the first place. The poll could have used NOT SCOOTALOO/APPLEBLOOM/SWEETIE options.
If you'd asked before Show Stoppers, I'd have said Sweetie, but Scoots got some real awesome points for the whole scooter sequence. It's hard to pick just one, but I finally went with Scootaloo.
Apple Bloom won me over in Bridle Gossip. Sweetie Belle won me over in Stare Master. Scootaloo won me over in Show Stoppers. I went with Scoots because her "conversion" episode was both most recent and most beneficial to her actual character.
Also I totally voted Atlus as soon as that poll went up - and I for one have *no problem* being labeled as a weeaboo if that is a potential consequence. =)

You spelled "Bethesda" and "Obsidian" wrong in the new poll.
ReplyDeleteHuh. Scootaloo's pretty popular. I was expecting Applebloom to get more votes, since we've known her longer.
ReplyDeleteNot that I'm complaining or anything.
I couldnt choose any of them so I used the last option in a form of a cop out.
ReplyDeletemaybe if you didnt put in such lengthy answers there would be no "frame" problem.

I like all three of them for different reasons, but Scootaloo has more potential than the others for future plot developments.
ReplyDelete>A Pony RPG is in Development. Which Company do you want to see at the helm?
ReplyDelete>Bethesda winning
>Bioware & Blizz 2nd
sure is trolls
Dagnabit, I was hoping Sweetie Belle would at least have beaten Applebloom.
ReplyDeleteNot at all surprised Scoots got the most votes though.
@Ryan
Pretty sure it's just a hypothetical pole.
I knew Scoot would win. I voted for her initially, but later changed it to Sweetie Bell.
ReplyDeleteI love them all so it's a hard choice, but Sweetie's a fucking awesome singer, so I had to go with her.
@Lovecraft Oh. Alright. Well hey, it doesn't hurt to dream, I guess.
ReplyDeletehmm anyway MAST3RLINKX channel has been terminated for those who don't know.
ReplyDelete@HMS Mule
ReplyDeleteYou serious? what for?
FUCK. You're right. Hasbro finally decided to pull episodes off YT.
ReplyDeleteGod fucking dammit.

If Hasbro is pulling eps from MAST3RLINKX, they'll soon be pulling them from every uploader.
ReplyDeleteThe days of streams are numbered.
I voted Scootz, because you wrote it with 3 "o"s.
ReplyDeleteAlso, in the new poll... Bioware? I thought they are no more.
Not surprised. Scoot is practically Dash Lite; and Dash is awesome.
ReplyDeleteI voted for Scoot because of radical skate skillz.

Also, Ponysona. Think about that.
@PenguinPlayer
ReplyDeleteActually, Atlas made a SMG MMORPG. And it's fucking awful.
Stop being a fucking weeaboo, you moron.
Scoot is a mini Dash. What's not to love?
ReplyDelete@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteFirst, you spelled Atlus wrong. Nice job.

Also, I just noticed I started this in a article about poll results of who's everypony favorite CMC is.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry, I am will stop now.

ReplyDeleteI just realized that this whole time I assumed both options starting with an S were Sweetie Belle. HOW DOES THAT EVEN WORK.
Awww. I knew Scootaloo would win, but I would've bet anything Sweetie Belle was more popular than Apple Bloom. It's really close, though!
ReplyDeleteIf you'd asked before Show Stoppers, I'd have said Sweetie, but Scoots got some real awesome points for the whole scooter sequence. It's hard to pick just one, but I finally went with Scootaloo.
ReplyDeleteScoot just stands out the most, so I voted her. She's memorable.
ReplyDeleteAnd Bioware winning the new poll shows just how many people haven't gotten around to playing Dragon Age II yet...
I would play the shit out of Ponysona. Atlus gets my vote, and all my money.
ReplyDeleteSweetie Belle interrupted Fluttershy's lullaby so no way I'm voting for her.

@Fon Shaolin
ReplyDeleteLesser of all evils really. I guess Obsidian would be a good choice since they tend to produce buggy games with good plots in my opinion.
Scootaloo won because she's an orphan.
