Important Information:
I was thinking that it would be really cool to have a Rainbow Dash cutie mark pin to wear when I am at conventions so other bronies could find me easily.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Anyways I was thinking some of you might be interested in getting your own as well.
The pins will be 1 inch in size. If we order 300 pins, then the cost per pin will be $2 plus shipping. Shipping from my house to yours would be $1-5 depending on location and how many pins you order. The more pins that get ordered the cheaper the price per pin will be.
I will keep everyone in this group order up to date on how close we are to ordering. Complete production takes 2-4 weeks after artwork is approved by the company that is making the pins.

ReplyDeleteIts an Earth Badge from Pokemon, it just up as an example of the metal pin quality. I will not have any photos of the cutie mark pins until they are made unfortunately.

I imagine Kanamai will probably do quality checking, so I'm not concerned about the pins winding up crap.

ReplyDeleteI am not the person who did the pokemon badges btw. I just used it as an example since I am ordering from the same company he did, and everyone that I know who bought the badges said they were really good quality.
Also I have done quite a few group orders and I handle large amounts of money like this on a regular basis. You guys can check my feedback, which is linked to on the ordering form. I also run a doll magazine where pre-ordering is basically the only way to order it unless a shop decides to stock it.
I'm just another pony, and yes, I would definitely be interested.

ReplyDeleteTo pay with cash you will need to get a money order at the post office. I dont want concealed cash getting stolen, so money orders are the best option for those who dont have paypal.

I thought maybe you might like a higher quality vector of rainbow's cutie mark. The varying line weight of the cloud in the vector art below is more faithful to RD's actual cutie mark. I understand that the pin manufacturer may only be able to use a thicker line.

Well I will send out an email to everyone with exact pricing per pin and shipping options. Then I will send out invoices.
