      Nice work! I'm curious about the downburst, is that a real thing that happens?

      ...Also, is it sad that I was hoping for a bit of shipping? Yeah, probably.

      I was really confused at the beginning, and as I read it a second time, I realize the beginning paragraph is a dream. I thought it was what really happened and I was wondering why she wasn't trying to figure out who tied her wings!

      Downbursts are a real weather thing (which is cool) and I admit its way too unclear in the beginning that its a fevered dream dash is having in the hospital. As for the shipping I did write an alternate ending for the story, if anyone wants to read that.

      I was confused about the rope thing too. I didn't realize that scene was supposed to be a dream until reading the comment section here after I finished the story.

      Seemed a bit rushed. Keeping Dash grounded for awhile would have helped the pacing and enhanced the drama of the narrative. The solution just came to easily for what was made out to be an enormous problem.

      Heat blasts can happen anywhere, so the accident really had nothing to do with Dash's recklessness. In fact, if she'd been higher up in the sky like she normally is, things would've been a lot worse.
